Our Story
Established in April 2025, Emerging Beats UK was founded by two Loughborough students, Tom and Rayn, with a clear mission: to support young talent across the nightlife and entertainment industry, in both public and private sectors.
Where It Started
The idea began with Rayn's first-ever DJ booking at the Loughborough Students' Union Silent Disco — a gig that came through pure luck and being in the right place at the right time. While the experience was exciting, Rayn soon recognised a deeper issue within the industry.
Building the Solution
Over the following months, Rayn searched for a solution - one that differed from the traditional DJ agency model. After connecting with Tom, they realised the answer lay in creating a platform that promotes DJs through social media while acting as a bridge between emerging talent and venues.
Artist Independence
What makes Emerging Beats UK different is its commitment to artist independence. Rather than taking control away from DJs, the company facilitates introductions and manages bookings while allowing artists to retain ownership of their brand and career direction.
Residencies & Long-Term Growth
A key part of the model also focuses on securing long-term residency opportunities. If a partner venue wishes to establish a residency with one of the DJs, Emerging Beats UK ensures agreements are fair, sustainable, and beneficial for both parties.
Beyond DJing
Since launching, Emerging Beats UK has expanded well beyond DJ representation. Today the group operates across four service lines — Artist Agency, EB Media, EB Event Solutions and EB Presents — continuing its mission to empower creatives across the nightlife and entertainment industry.
